In 1998 Dominion Financial was introduced in the market place as Creators Enterprise under the management of S. Tony Joaquin Sr., lending Executive at the Dime Savings Bank in Brooklyn, NY, and his wife Iris M. Joaquin, Manager for Beneficial in Guttenberg NJ, provided credit restoration solutions through new innovative ideas such as Credit Card management, Budget Assistance, Credit Restoration, and Insurance. Since then the knowledge and legacy of the Financial Service Industry has been passed on and the company has since grown in expertise and in knowledge changing and evolving with the changing financial market.

In the summer of 2002 former GMAC Underwriter, Founder and Director Tony Joaquin Jr, took his parents company and created the Dominon Financial. Now affiliated with Bankruptcy Attorney’s, Credit Bureau Executives, Financial Advisors and Planners, and Legal Credit Restoration Companies, the Network participated in some of the industry’s most innovative credit restoration and rescoring programs.

These Programs are used by some companies such as SunTrust Bank® & Wachovia® and GMAC Mortgage®. Now only dealing with a limited portfolio of programs, Talent Financial Network can dedicate its resources to maintaining Client Management and providing services that increase wealth building to the middle, and lower middle class consumers that would not otherwise have access to good sound financial advice.
